If you require a 2nd photographer present on your wedding day (advised for weddings exceeding over 100 guests), this can be arranged for an added fee of £250.

Portrait & Engagement location shoot from £150

Package 2 - £200 - 1hr 50 edited images on a USB in a mini wooden presentation box

Package 3 - £300 - 2hrs 75 edited images on a USB in a large wooden presentation box with 6x4 prints

Booking fee
A non refundable 25% booking fee is taken at the time of booking to secure the date. This will be deducted from your final balance. A signed booking contract is also required to complete the booking.

Final balance
Your final balance is due 28 days before the event date. 

Package content
Packages are produced on a USB stick in a presentation case with fully edited high res JPEG images granted with a full web and print license.  Copyright is retained with the photographer at Iris & Ivy Photography. Packages do not include any printed products unless stated otherwise but can be purchased at an additional cost.

If the location of the wedding is more than a 50 mile radius of DY8 a travel cost will incur at the current price of petrol at the time of the wedding date. If over night accommodation is required, an hospitality fee will also incur. If the location of the engagement shoot is over 15 mile radius of DY8 a travel cost will also incur.

Contract / Model release
A contract is issued between Iris and Ivy photography and the client to be signed by all concerned. 

English Copyright Law states that the copyright of photographs remains with the photographer. Clients are granted with a web and print licence only. Images may not be in any way significantly modified without consent. When uploaded to the internet images must be accompanied by a credit link to
